Community Mentoring Team Celebrates Our 2026 Graduates
The Community Mentoring Team's annual SHINE ON event was a wonderful success, bringing together mentees, alumni, mentors, sponsors, families, and supporters to celebrate another year of remarkable accomplishments. This year's event recognized CMT mentees who successfully completed five-year union apprenticeship training programs with LOCAL 17 Sheet Metal Workers and IBEW Local 103, as well as CMT alumni who recently earned their Journeyman and Master licenses. Their achievements reflect years of hard work, determination, and perseverance.
These milestones are made possible through the unwavering commitment of dedicated mentors and the generosity of sponsors whose support helps guide participants throughout their CMT journey. Together, they continue to create pathways to strong, self-sustaining futures across Greater Boston.
Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and celebrated with us. Your support continues to strengthen the Community Mentoring Team and empowers the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
