Founder & CEO
Bill Moran founded Community Mentoring Team with a vision and drive to create a stable, thriving and self-sustaining Black community in Boston. As a long-time educator, mentor, leader, and community activist, Bill leverages his relationships within the private and public sectors, as well as throughout the community, to accelerate the growth of his organization.
Legal Counsel
Sean Fontes is pivotal in steering our organization forward while providing critical legal counsel as a member of the CMT. His passion lies in the fight for racial and social justice and equity. Sean's work with CMT advances our vision for Boston’s Black community: through mentorship we can help Black youth enter into sustainable and good paying careers.
