We are excited to announce that this year's SHINE ON outdoor event will be MC'd by Linda Dorcena Forry, CMT Advisory Board Member and former MA State Senator.
Community Mentoring Team (CMT) Needs Your Help
On August 16, 2025, at the CMT SHINE ON event, we will celebrate our amazing CMT Mentees who successfully completed the 5-year IBEW Local 103 apprenticeship training program in 2025. We will also celebrate 18 of our CMT graduates who have now earned Journeyman or Master licenses. Their success and the program’s success is rooted in dedicated mentors along with generous sponsors who help fund the CMT journey.
