Boston, MA - March 19, 2024: A groundbreaking billboard and media campaign is sweeping across Boston, shining a spotlight on the transformative work of the Community Mentoring Team (CMT). In partnership with IBEW 103 and NECA, this initiative aims to educate local citizens on the significant role CMT plays in empowering young people of color to pursue careers in the trades, fostering economic security and self-sustainability within Boston's Black community.


With strategic partnerships forged with developers, contractors, labor unions, government officials, and community leaders, CMT has emerged as a beacon of hope for marginalized youth. Through mentorship, career opportunities, and essential linkages, the organization is reshaping the city's workforce landscape.
